Remote / PHONE Support

$85/hour

Onsite Visit

Available on request
$90/hour
  • Minimum 1 hour
  • Travel is additional cost over 5km
  • Fix problems in-person onsite
  • Great for issues where we cant fix remotely
  • Problems that need fixing onsite

* 10% reduction in price on remote and onsite services.

Travel Costs

  • Under 5km travel is included in first hour for onsite services. $30 for pickup and delivery service.
  • 5-10km is $35
  • 10km - 20km is $45

Pickup & Delivery

We can pickup your device, repair it and then drop it back off to you. This is beneficial if you dont have transport , busy or feel comfortable having someone pick it up for you.

 

  • Pickup & delivery repair pricing is the same as if your device has been dropped off, just with the addition of travel and dismantling/installation (if needed)
  • Check travel costs, this is charged seperately for pickup and delivery, with under 5km being charged $30.

Drop Off / Workshop

 

  • Dropping your device off to us, the priced is dependant on the service and any parts that may be needed to complete the repair
  • We diagnose the issue and let you know rough costs, exact pricing may not be completely possible on some jobs. But we will try to give you a min - max range.

Diagnosis Pricing

 To diagnose your device there is a minimum fee of $70, more advanced and complicated issues like motherboard problems may incur extra costs.

Data Recovery

For diagnosing your faulty storage device there is a diagnosis fee of $65, this will be included in the total on successful recovery.

A total repair cost will be given after successful diagnosis of the device.
